How to Submit a Notice

Your notice must include (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
2. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location (URL)
3. Your contact information (address, telephone, email)
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
6. Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with: identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was mistaken, your consent to jurisdiction, and your signature. Send counter-notices to the same agent.

Repeat Infringers

HandsOnPivot may terminate access for users who are repeat infringers where appropriate.
