1. What We Collect

• Account data (only if you register): your email address, the display name you provide, and a password that is stored as a securely hashed value — never in plain text.
• Quiz results: if you are signed in and you complete the career quiz, the answers are stored on your account so your recommended paths are available when you return. If you are not signed in, quiz results stay only in your browser’s local storage and can be cleared from your device at any time.
• Technical data: basic server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and page visited) are kept briefly by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use It

Account and quiz data are used only to deliver the service you asked for: personalizing career roadmaps, keeping you signed in, and responding to account requests. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Cookies & Consent

The site sets a small cookie to remember your cookie-consent choice and a login/security cookie only when you sign in. When you first visit, a banner asks for your consent. You can decline; declining may disable non-essential features.

4. Third-Party Services

Pages may load fonts from Google Fonts and preview media from Pexels. Those services receive the information your browser sends when loading their resources (such as your IP address) under their own privacy policies. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.

5. How Long We Keep Data

Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted (or wiped of personal identifiers) when you request deletion. Quiz results stored on your device remain until you clear your browser data.

6. Your Rights

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, sessions and state-changing forms are protected against cross-site request forgery, and passwords are hashed using WordPress’ built-in password hashing. Registration is rate-limited to deter abuse.
